VS2008 crashes when 'Add items to Folder' selected

Hello. This has been happening intermittently for a quite a while now. VS gets in a state where selecting Add Items to Folder either with the right-click context menu or with the button in the source control explorer forcibly quits VS. There is no error message or explanation, it just quits. If I reopen VS, same thing.
I was adding files this AM, but now I cannot due to this behavior.

Any ideas?

UPDATE :
Okay, no answers. Let me ask this then. Is there a VS crash dump somewhere that is readable with common tools? I can start debugging it myself, just dont know where to look.
Also, I have received the same error as RamGen, although usually nothing.
The AppEvent error is:

.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.3082 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (7A2E1132) (0)

I'm also getting an error when trying to add items to a folder from VSTS Source Control Explorer.

I'm getting the following error:
InvalidArgument=Value of '-1' is not valid for 'index'.
Parameter name: index

I reinstalled VS 2008 SP1 but it has not resolved the issue.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Thanks to Suresh for posting a link to the binary for the hotfix. When I posted this issue on technet I was pointed towards that hotfix number, but no one would respond to me requests for a link to the file....so good news.
However... I recently upgraded my box to Win 7, and with a reinstall of the same SKU's I am no longer having the issue in VS 2008 so I cant say for certain if it addresses the issue. Good luck.
