Is Visual Sourcesafe 2005 included in Visual Studio 2008 or does this need to be purchased seperatly?

Is Visual Sourcesafe 2005 included in Visual Studio 2008 or does this need to be purchased seperatly? I know it was included in Visual Studio 2005 and have seen from several posts that in order for Visual Sourcesafe 2005 to function properly you need to update it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FAF41EDD-924D-449F-AEFC-9C86DD499720&displaylang=en
Then manualy Register  tdnamespaceextension.dll regsvr32 "%programfiles%\Microsoft Visual SourceSafe\tdnamespaceextension.dll".
This would lead me to believe it is not includeed.

Hi Dacker,

VSS 2005 is not included with Visual Studio 2008. It can be purchased separately as a retail product and is part of certain MSDN subscriptions.
