Is it possible to re-label a whole set of labels?

Just wondering if we have v2.3 and we are working towards v2.4 and a customer comes back with a bug in version 2.3 we then change the file associated with it and relabel that file only with the new label. Now if we get that label we will have our updated file in the new v2.3 with ready to release.

However if we wanted to step the last number to indicate it as an identifiablerelease for example v2.3.1 how do we do this? Wouldwe then need to be able to reset all of the 2.3 labels to v2.3.1. Or even better simply add a label to the label? Is this possible? Can a label be added to a label or do we need to look at sharing and creating a branch and pinning it or so something?

Cheers,
Pete

Hi,

You can simply add a new label for the 2.3.1 version.
