Hi,

When I check in a script in visual source safe I get squares like such. For some reason the properties get a different setting...it should always be ANSI but when I check in sometimes in sets it as Unicode I get this problem...

Does anyone know the problem?

Where did you edit the file? It is possible that the file type was changed when you edited the file.

I didn't meet this before when using VSS.

When I check in the script in vss it saves from ANSI to Unicode and the script looks like this:
