VS08 Package Load Failure

I've just installed VS08 and directly at startup I get this.
Package 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Xaml' has failed to load properly (GUID = {E58C2A8B-BCC4-4559-AD59-D62EB6D58A22}). Please contact package vendor for assistance (...)
Any idea what to do?

Info:

Got VS08 through student license

You can try repairing the VS installation, and apply the SP1 for VS08.

Hope it help.

Thanks.

Tried to update but, I get three errors:

Returning IDOK. INSTALLMESSAGE_ERROR [Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Office.Excel.HostAdapter.v9.0,version="9.0.0.0",publicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a",processorArchitecture="MSIL",fileVersion="9.0.30729.1",culture="neutral"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. ]

and
MsiApplyMultiplePatches returned 0x643

and
PerformMsiOperation returned 0x643
Btw, I was nearly done updating :'(

EDIT: Though, the update worked for XAML ;)

Hi MusicDemon

The error information is not detailed enough, we may need to see the return code to identify what might happen and how we could fix it.
Generally, the error means that Windows Installer encountered an error while trying to install assemblies to the Global Assembly Cache (GAC).

Please also check to run the setup to pass the UAC and AV blocks, if any.

And here is a troubleshooting guide of error 1935 might be helpful to you: http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2004/11/10/255346.aspx

If you still have problems, please use the collect tool mentioned here: http://blogs.msdn.com/heaths/archive/2008/05/09/visual-studio-and-net-log-collection-utility.aspx  to collect essential setup log files for more information.
You can later upload the vslogs.cab via http://skydrive.live.com and paste the link back here.

Thanks.
