rdl rdlc as PDF - Document Map hierarchy lost

When you export a report to PDF, or render it directly as a PDF, any hierarchy in the reports Document Map is lost. I realize this is documented in MS ReportViewer documentation. But PDF's CAN handle nested bookmarks(Adobe's term for a Document Map) quite well. Does Microsoft plan to'fix' this?

I love Visual Studio's embedded reports. Great for modularization. But mustbe able to export Document Map hierarchy to PDF... somehow, someway...

I agree!! Has there been a fix for this yet?  I have run into this on several projects.
