I've run the GAX toruble shooter with the remove switch and have no log entries returned when I re-run the dump. Now the "Windows Installer Clean Up"locks up during GAX removal.

Hi Robin,

We've been seen cases where MS Cleanup doesn't remove properly GAX (and other installed software) but never a case where it hangs. The recommendation we got from the Windows Installer team was to run it "multiple times" to try to ensure a complete un-installation.

What's your current situation regarding installation of GAX, are you trying to install the latest GAX version and it's failing telling you GAX is already installed?
