You should note that p&p factories are not ported to Orcas yet, so if you install on Orcas you won't be able to install and play with any of the p&p factories just yet. Also, if you're running VS 2005 and 2008 side by side you can only install GAX in one VS. So, depending on your scenario it may or may not make sense to move to VS 2008 just yet.

Yes, you've to download the latest GAX bits, dated July 2008 CTP.

I am not using p&p factories.

I am just using GAX.

So downloading the July 2007 CTP will work I guess.
