Unsupported version of Microsoft Visual C# 3.0 / Microsoft Visual Basic 9.0

I got this error/prompt after I installed LINQ and open my solutions, "This is an unsupported version of Microsoft Visual C# 3.0 / Microsoft Visual Basic 9.0. Therefore, many features may not work as expected", I am using Visual Studio 2005.

How can I resolve this? should I uninstall LINQ? How will I do that? Please help. I don't know if it will trigger problems once I deploy my tool to production. Or, if this is not a big issue, how can I suppress it from popping up.

Thanks in advance.
