Strong-Naming Guidance Package problem?

I want to useStrong-Naming Guidance Package to strongly name the Enterprise Library, but I donot have the following assembly to buildStrong-Naming Guidance Package

Microsoft.Practices.RecipeFramework

Microsoft.Practices.RecipeFramework.VisualStudio

Microsoft.Practices.RecipeFramework.Common

Microsoft.Practices.RecipeFramework.Library

I hope that one expert can tell me where can I find the above items.

Thanks.

This assemblies are from GAX, you need to have GAX installed to build and register Guidance Packages.
