Registering guidance with the experimental hive

Can you give me any information or pointers on how to take a guidance package that is working in the normal hive of VS and apply it to the experimental hive?

Thank you.
Brian.

Usually this requirement is related to integrate GAX with a DSL which is by default registered in the experimental hive.

GAT does not work in the experimental hive (not without substantial hacking as it was not a requirement during its development). It's far easier to make the DSL register on the normal hive instead.

You can't change this on a per-package basis, as a GAT package isn't really a full VSIP package. What you can do is make your GAT package a full VSIP package by follwing what is described here: http://blogs.artinsoft.net/ocalvo/articles/1007.aspx
