I want to develop a section on my website where my customers could go in and do the following:

1) Select a premade template [it will be a tablecloth template, therefore it should have the front, side(s), top, and back view]
2) Upload an image. ( Only in a .jpeg, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .pdf, or .eps format )
3)Customize the uploaded image on the already selected premade template. For example, crop/resize image, move it around, etc.
4) Select fabric color for premade template from a drop down menu or input custom color code. Specify the color also for the uploaded image [PMS color(s)]
5) Be able to preview work before submitting it.
6) Have an proof approval field where the user just need to input their inicials
7) Submit Template

Alrighty. What I want to know is, if there a software up there that I could purchase that will do the encoding for me and I just need to do the visual design like adobe go live? Also, since I am not an expert developer, I would like to do the least modification possible. On the other hand, if there is not such software up there, how can I still develop this online feature for my website?
