One Click

Hi, I am attempting to use One Click in VS2008. I have created a project and want to distribute it from a CD. My question is.

Is there a way to change the location that One Click places the program? At the moment it is placing the program in My Documents/Owner/LocalSetting and I want it in the Program folder.

Next is there a way to attach a document (read Me file) so it is installed with the program?
