Localization on Recipe Captions?

Does anyone knows if it is possible to localize the captions defined in recipes?

For example

<Recipe>
<Caption>My Caption in Englidh</Caption>
</Recipe>

How to specify a resource in the resource manager?

Unfortunately GAX doesn't support localization.
