Install problem on GAX

On upgrading to VS 2008 and SCSF I ran into problems trying to install the SCSF.

I have all of the dependencies installed except GAX and GAT, I hada previous install of both. When I try to install the GAX I get an error saying

A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
c:\TEMP\....\GuidanceAutomationExtensions[1].msi

Anyone run into this, any ideas?
