Guidance Package Manager not enabled in VS 2008

Hi,

I’m running Windows XP . I have installed Visual Studio 2008Professional Edition Beta Version.I installed the July 2007 GAX and GAT with (seemingly) no problem. Also i installed Software Factory Modeling Edition CTP. After creating project, i am not able to create any service contract or data contract, but i am able to see the example in the hands on lab - Building a service.

The Tools menu--> Guidance Package Manager is not enabled in the menu.

its very urgent, can anyone help me regarding this issue ?

Can you use GAT to create a new guidance package, register it, and then using another instance of VS actually consuming it (File->New Project->Guidance Packages->YourGPNameHere) ?
