Could not load WCSF project Microsoft.Practices.ComponentModel

Hi i try to reinstall GAt,GAX
Maybe i must edit webdev.exe.config?
In common7/ide/public assemblies/Microsoft.practices.Componentmodel.dll --this is version 1.4 but exception code find version 1.0.60429.

May be i need register new dll in config?

Also i have in machine config with propertyes to add .net framework 2 and 1
