Clarius SFT (Jun07) and GAT (Feb08): do they work together?

Is the latest version of theClarius Software Factory Toolkit (SFT) (Jun 2007 CTP,I believe) supposed to work with the Feb08 release of GAT? From my own experience, I got the following error when trying to install the SFT:

This installer requires the Guidance Automation Toolkit June 2006 CTP which is not present on the computer. Please install it and try again.
