Machine Debug Manager dialog appeared when everytime login to WinXP

Recently, when everytime I login to WinXP, there is a dialog appeared.

Machine Debug Manager

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Microsoft(R) Machine Debug Manager (MDM)

usage: mdm [option]

options:

/dumpjit: display current JIT (just-in-time) debugging setting

/remotecfg: configure remote JIT (just-in-time) debuggin options

Why would this be happened? It hasn't be appeared before...

Did I get something wrong in my PC?

Thanks!

This exe is required to support the Visual Studio 2003 (or prior) Debugger.

Not sure how you got in this state off hand, but if you run msconfig, you can find out where mdm.exe is getting launched and how. Feel free to post what you find.
