I have recently switched to a VISTA OS after a long stint on XP. I have installed C# Express and all was fine until a an automated security update for XP. This has now caused a warning to appear as follows "Access Violation Error".

The error is not a result of a specific line of code. Even a short "Hello World" program encounters the same. Running C# Express with Administrator rights does not solve this problem either.

I can't believe there are no other threads about this problem. Surely someone must have encountered the same problem?
