VC++ won't work anymore

Hi, I was messing around with partitions on my computer running xp, and I messed it up so that it would not boot. I did a system repair and it fixed everything keeping all of my files. But now I can't run or uninstall VC++ express edition. It keeps saying things like: The procedure entry point LockClrVersion could not be located in the dynamic link library mscoree.dll.

Sounds like you need to reinstall the .NET framework.
