gettiing 'requested registry access is not allowed' message wgen I try and start a new project

Some clarification:
What's your OS?
Does this error message occur when you create a specific project or all projects?

Ensure that you haveadministratorprivilege as current user.
For Vista or later OS, please remember to right click and "run as Administrator" to launch the IDE.

If it doesn't work, could you please try the following workarounds of similar issue?
