Is is possible for my setup and deployment project to display a Rich Text document containing bitmap images?

I have a Setup and Deployment project. At the end of the installation, I would like to display a Readme.rtf file. This file contains bit map images. The file will display, but none of the images display. Is there some way I can get this file to display to the user including the bitmap images that are embedded in the Rich Text file? I tried displaying a Word doc version, Readme.doc, but I get the same results: no images are displayed.
