I've just downloaded the documentation (a .msi) and installed. After having restarted Visual Studio 2008 & the Microsoft document explorer, I can see there is a new section for Unity Application Block 1.2 in the contents tab of the doc explorer, but its contents are empty with a message saying "No table of contents has been defined for the current Help collection". So there doesn't appear to be a way to browse the documentation. So how do I browse the documentation that just been installed?
