Adding Compress Help File to my Project

I created a help files using the MS help system. I just haven't be able to find out how to add the F1 option or how to run it. When I click on a Menu Item. I all ready added to my project. So the *.chm file is in the project. So does any one have any ideas or thoughts on how to get that setup and working.

Thanks
Joe
