Crystal Reports Setup

This should be a fairly simple question:  I just re-installed my production machine with windows 7 64.  I installed VS2008 standard by accident and noticed that I didn't have the ability to edit my crystal reports.  So, I un-installed vs2008 and installed vs2008 professional.  However, the crystal key is still blank.  I looked in the gac and all the appropriate crystal libraries are there, (as far as I know anyway).  They are all @ versio 10.5.3700.0

The help files say to re-install 2008 and follow the enterprise tools installation.  I can't find such a beast when I run the installer.  I've un-installed and re-installed to no avail.  On a side note, I have the Crystal 2008 Full Blown version installed also, (so I'm not dead in the water).  But, when I installed it, I did not install the vs2008 from the crystal cd, (because is goofs up the install modules).  I don't want to use the Crystal 2008 merge modules, I want to continue to use the Crystal for VS 2008 modules, (its easier and I get them with my msdn purchase).

Any Ideas?

Hi Greg

Can you see the crystal report entry in the menu Help >> About?
Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008

You should be able to install it through maintenance mode of VS pro installation or install the standalone setup from the source <root>\WCU\Crystal Reports.

If you want to get rid of other versions, you may need to uninstall them first.

Thanks.

Hi Greg

The problem now is being unable to uninstall other Crystal Report modules as you mentioned?
If so, I think Crystal Reports for Visual Studio could be a better place to get help.

Thanks.
